- All orders ship out after 14 business days processing time. (Monday-Friday) unless specified  differently.

Please note once order is complete we will send pictures to provided contact method (email or Instagram messenger), the order( The picture) will also be posted on social media for promotion purposes only. No exclusions.

- Since we aim to provide fast shipping and service. Once you place an order no changes can be made.

We will constantly provide you with updates about your order by e-mail. Your tracking number will be made available by our shipping department during our daily system updates. If you provided the wrong shipping address you will be responsible for paying shipping again. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Rylie's Closet  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777) or UPS United Parcel service at 1-800-742-5877 . Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS or UPS.
